Metal Plate
This creates a textured kind of surface, kind of
like tread plate or stainless steel. Start with a empty image and
add a whole bunch of noise. Select Filter -> Noise and select add
noise.
Now select Filter -> Stylize and choose
Wind. Leave settings as the defaults, (wind and from left).
Repeat this again.
Select Filter -> Stylize and select Emboss. Set
the values as below:
Select Filter -> Artistic and select Coloured
Pencil with the settings below:
Now select Filter -> Sharpen and choose Sharpen.
You may want to do the sharpen again, and/or do the Sharpen again
but use Filter and then Fade, and reduce the effect of the sharpen.
