Customer Manager

Technology Solutions has been servicing and managing client IT needs in the Wairarapa since 1974. We are searching for a Customer Service Manager to be based at our office in Masterton.

Reporting to the General Manager this is a varied role where you will be responsible for ensuring the service team continuously improves processes as required and exceptional service is delivered to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will also be responsible for reporting and analysing month end sales data. As such the ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years' experience managing a small customer services team, have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be proficient in Microsoft Office packages and have excellent attention to detail, analytical and presentation skills.

In addition you must be highly motivated and organised and be able to demonstrate your ability to make balanced and sound decisions. You must also have a proven ability to motivate and lead a team and create excellent working relationships.
